These are the terms of use that outline the user policy of InnovaDev to organize our services and products. If you register for one of our services, please agree that you read and accept all the mentioned terms and conditions below.

This part regulates the use of our services or products, as well as the websites owned & operated by InnovaDev. These rules don’t apply to:

People who aren’t employed by InnovaDev

Complaints
If one of our users isn’t happy about our services, InnovaDev will try to reach common ground by offering multiple solutions. If you think about filing a complaint, try to talk with us first. If you’re not satisfied with our solutions, you’re free to file a complaint.
Eligibility for Refund
We monitor the progress of each project and make sure we’re on the right track as per the contract’s terms & conditions. If you decide that you’re not satisfied with our services and need a refund, we will go through the refund policy of each service as follows:
- Application Programming: We can offer a full refund if you stop the project before we start working. In case the project wasn’t finalized as agreed upon the contract, we provide a partial refund. InnovaDev will calculate the finished part of the project and the unfinished part will be treated according to the pre-defined scope of the project.
- Dedicated hiring: If there was a delay in starting the project by any of our employees, we provide a full refund to our clients. If you decide to cancel the project at any time, we calculate the work done and provide a proportionate refund. If you’re not satisfied with any part of the project, contact our project manager immediately and we may offer a discount accordingly. But, we won’t accept such a complaint at a later date.
Project Completion
InnovaDev won’t provide any compensation unless there is a delay in project delivery. Our clients must provide precise information for the completion of the project. Otherwise, InnovaDev won’t be responsible for any miscommunication or wrong information. Also, InnovaDev won’t provide a refund if the client didn’t provide clear project scope at the beginning of the project.
InnovaDev Liability
InnovaDev is not responsible for any losses caused by the delivered services and our liability is limited to the incomplete part of the project. We are committed to providing a refund if the client cancels the project at the start of the project and the cancellation should be communicated to InnovaDev immediately.
Processing of Refunds
InnovaDev will provide refunds within 5 business days from the cancellation date using the same payment method whether it is a check or credit card.
