After many decisions and searching we managed to solve all the challenges through our easy-to-use cloud based web application where the employees will not face any problem dealing with its handy interface, regardless their experience in dealing with computers.
We agreed to ease the registration process with less than 2 steps to add your patient basic information with the ability to add the missing information later while the system will keep track of the missing data and notify the user about them.
Additionally, it organizes the work among all of the medical unit parts (Reception, Clinic, Lab, Pharmacy, Operation room & Store), which is the most difficult task in the medical facility journey.
We tried our best to improve the work cycle by adding a barcode system to all records including patient files to improve the level of service provided to the patient by reducing errors and the time required to perform the work.
